Cooper MacNeil

  MacNeil capped off the 2018 IMSA season with a first place finish at the Motul Petit Le Mans adding to an already impressive three podium appearances (2nd place at 12 Hours of Sebring, 3rd place at Lime Rock Park, and 3rd place at Road America) the team secured during the duration of the season. While competing in the IMSA WeatherTech Championship Series races he simultaneously took first place in 9 of 13 rounds of the Ferrari Challenge North American Series becoming the 2018 Ferarri Challenge Series Champion.

  After capturing his first victory in 2017 IMSA WeatherTech Championship competition at the Sports Car Grand Prix at Long Beach, MacNeil has proven himself to be a fierce competitor and a driving force within the WeatherTech Racing Team. MacNeil continued his success in 2017 by recording a number of first place finishes in Ferrari Challenge competition and a third place finish in GTE-Am at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. In 2016, Cooper brought home a first place finish in the Pirelli World Challenge Series GTA along with a third place podium in the PWC SprintX. Later that year, MacNeil earned two additional podium finishes when he placed third in two consecutive Pirelli World Challenge Series GTA races in Sonoma.


  MacNeil kicked off the 2015 season with a second place poduim at Daytona and eventually finished in the top ten of GTD total point holders at seasons end. In 2014, Cooper finished third overall in GTD total point standings, recorded eight top-five finishes including a second place finish at Road America, and placed fifth in GTE Pro at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
