· Shane van Gisbergen qualified 31st for the BetRivers 200 at Dover Motor Speedway.
· Shane van Gisbergen and his WeatherTech team started the 200-lap event at Dover Motor Speedway from the 31st position on Saturday afternoon. The first stage saw two cautions for 14 laps, with Van Gisbergen working his way to as high as 23rd, and ending the stage in 24th on lap 45.
· Van Gisbergen started stage two from fifth on lap 52. Fighting a loose condition during the second stage, the WeatherTech team ended the stage in 19th on lap 90.
Following a four-tire pit stop under the stage two caution break, Van Gisbergen started the final stage in 17th on lap 99. Continuing to battle a loose Chevrolet to start the stage, Van Gisbergen slipped to 23rd on lap 140 and was scored in 21st when the caution came out for rain on lap 159. Following the restart of the race, Van Gisbergen continued to battle, ultimately crossing the finish line in 19th.
"We struggled a bit today, but ultimately we fought all day and came home with a top-20 finish and a straight car. Looking forward to Darlington in a couple of weeks."
